WARRANTY

Warranty and liability

Our warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship provided the Product(s) is subjected to normal use and service. The applicable warranty period is one year from the date the Purchaser has received the Product(s).  In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, please communicate with us directly by email at info@dabeecollection.ca. No Product(s) may be returned to Dabee Collection without Dabee Collection’s prior written permission.  The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Dabee Collection’s sole discretion, of defective parts, provided that prompt notice of any defect is given by Purchaser.  The applicable warranty ceases to be effective if the Product(s) is altered, monogrammed, debossed or hot foil stamped or printed.  Any such Product could qualify to be repaired at Dabee Collection's sole discretion, during the warranty period.  Repairs or replacement deliveries do not interrupt or prolong the term of the warranty.

Dabee Collection shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless by Purchaser from any damage, losses or claims of whatever kind, contractual or delictual, consequential or incidental, direct or indirect, arising out of, in connection with or resulting from the sale governed hereby or the Product(s) and any and all claims, actions, suits, and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing.
