RETURNS - REFUNDS
Terms and Condition
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of arrival. Merchandise must be returned new and unused, with no scratches, damage or signs of wear and with all tags still attached. Dabee Collection does not accept returns of products that are or appear to be used and products that have been altered as well as monogrammed, embossed, debossed or hot foil stamped or printed.
Communicate with us at our email email@example.com for approval before returning. Returns will be inspected for approval before a credit can be issued. Returns that have been sent without first contacting Dabee Collection will either be refused or have the cost of the original shipment deducted from the refund. Orders that have been refused by the customer without the approval of Dabee Collection will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund.
Dabee Collection reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements at Dabee Collection’s sole discretion. Such returned merchandise may be credited to your Dabee Collection account. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable. Any merchandise credits given are valid for 1 year.
- Communicate with customer service at email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return approval number.
- Return the product with the purchase receipt and the return approval number in a well packaged and protected cardboard box.
- Return it with shipping prepaid, insured and by traceable means.
Dabee Collection will not take liability for lost or damaged or stolen items during shipping of returns.
- Any refund will be applied in the same form of payment as used to purchase the product.
- Credit card companies can vary on the time it takes for the credit to be processed. Therefore, please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Your refund will cover the price of the product and any return fees if applicable.
