• Standard shipping in Canada using Canada Post for purchases over $100
• Prices shown are in Canadian dollars
• Shipping and billing addresses must be to a valid Canadian address.

• We may set limits on orders, e.g. total dollar value or number of items.
• The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted.

Product Info

Full grain leather is the most authentic type of leather as it retains characteristics of the original hide. Therefore variations in the grain are distinctive characteristics to all authentic leathers. Any variations testify to the authenticity of the natural leather.

• Standard shipping in Canada using Canada Post for purchases over $100
• Orders less than $100.00 will be charged a flat $10.00 shipping fee
• There is a surcharge for Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and other remote regions

Shipping Information

• We only ship to one address per order
• Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation of order
• At cart check out, shipping dates indicated start after confirmation of order
• Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order
• We do not accept responsibility for late packages
• Requests for express shipping can be made at email info@dabeecollection.ca. You will be given a quote for customer approval

Delivery Information

• We use Standard Shipping
• Delivery depends, in part, on location
• Orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec
• Please expect up to 10 business days for delivery, longer for non urban centers
• Express Shipping, if used, will depend on location and according to carrier policy
• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered
• We are not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control 

Damaged items in transport

We must be contacted within a 24 hour period of delivery should a product arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at email  info@dabeecollection.ca

Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept PayPal, click the PayPal Checkout button on the first page of your Checkout, if not using PayPal Pro, at checkout PayPal fills out the billing address fields with the buyer’s info. The buyer can edit the information by clicking the Change links.
